Paul has a wealth of experience in facilities management and soft services spanning over 20 years within Central London and the South. I have worked for small, medium and large-scale service providers, where I have managed operational teams and client relations for different business sectors. More recently I have become frustrated with the continual pursuit of bottom line profits and neglect of both employees and clients. My aim with InSync is to put our employees first, who will in turn deliver exceptional service to our clients. Whether its leisure centre cleaning, office cleaning or property maintenance we will deliver only the highest standard of service.
Robin has worked in the Retail Operations area for over 33 years. Having spent my whole time with Marks and Spencer, I have worked across a broad spectrum of roles from Store Manager to Regional Operations Manager and several Project Manager roles. My Passion is for our customers and 33 years in one of the best-loved retailers in the country, has taught me that service, trust, loyalty & support are the key elements to business. Similar to Paul, it is now time to move on from the corporate world and truly put my heart and soul into delivering a great service for our clients, it's not always about the end result, it's how you get there that matters sometimes.
